Child Welfare Magaliesburg

Our Mission:
Every child deserves respect, and an opportunity to live a life filled with love, dreams and possibilities, to go to bed at night on a full stomach, wrapped in a warm blanket.

“The child must know that he/she is a miracle, that since the beginning of the world there hasn’t been, and until the end of the world, there will not be another child like him” – Pablo Casals

Happy Yappers Animal Sanctuary

Happy Yappers is a pro-life sanctuary caring for approximately 150 abused and abandoned animals, predominantly dogs, in the Syferbult area, and we also have 2 donkeys. Our cats live in a cattery with Uncle John in Centurion. We are based approx 23km away from Magaliesburg Village, on the Koster Road. We have a large selection of dogs of all shapes and sizes, most of them have been at the Sanctuary for a long time and we would love them to find homes before they pass on.

The Salvation Army

The Salvation Army is an integral part of the Christian Church, although distinctive in government and practice. The Army’s doctrine follows the mainstream of Christian belief and its articles of faith emphasise God’s saving purposes. Its objects are ‘the advancement of the Christian religion… of education, the relief of poverty, and other charitable objects beneficial to society or the community of mankind as a whole.’*The movement, founded in 1865 by William Booth, has spread from London, England, to many parts of the world.
